I just wanted to thank you for making the special effort to accommodate me for my dinner last evening...
The food was wonderful and everyone really enjoyed it. We did have a good amount left over, which is what I wanted, so everyone got to take leftovers home. The Mediterranean pasta, Salsa Chicken, Fire-Roasted Corn, and Southwestern Tortilla Salad were particularly big hits. It made for a fabulous evening, and I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciated both your willingness to squeeze me in on an already-busy evening as well as how delicious and lovely the food was.
