For example, select a seafood grill and/or carving station and have your salad and sides served buffet style, or select a buffet style meal and offer a create-your-own brownie sundae station. Buffet style service for your event is a beautiful presentation to allow your guests to pick and choose exactly what they want. Last minute food preparations will be done on site, as needed, to ensure the highest quality of freshness for your guests. Buffet Package base price includes your main entrée selection, our garden salad, your choice of two sides (except for pasta entreés, choose one side) and fresh baked bread or rolls & butter. You are also welcome to add a second or third entrée, upgrade your salad or add additional sides, soup or dessert courses to your buffet. Seated, Full Service

Full service seated dinners require a server captain and full service staff with a minimum of one server per 20-25 guests. Feel free to start with a few items from our cocktail hour menu. Then choose your entrée service; remember you can always choose from more than one category. For example, select a seafood grill and/or carving station from our Chefs Station menu and have your salad and sides served buffet style, or select a buffet style meal and offer a create-your-own brownie sundae station.
